I've used Word (2.0a, 95, XP, 2003 & 2007), Open Office and Libre Office on Windows. There is a good reason both are discontinued. It's rubbish compared to Sigil or Calibre (even from odt to Calibre, but an extra Save As in docx to Calibre is best). I did use Writer2Epub on Open Office and one version of Libre Office Writer. Converting docx in Calibre works far better than odt.Ĥ) If Calibre is on a different Computer without the same fonts, then before Save As in docx go Properties and embed the fonts.
